You have to continue monitoring your trademark for potential infringement and enforce your trademark rights against other users. We offer a number of trademark protection services for registered trademark owners and trademark applicants.

Trademark monitoring – this annual subscription service keeps you informed of any newly filed, or newly published trademarks at the USPTO that could potentially conflict with your trademark or weaken your trademark rights.

We monitor the federal trademark records on your behalf and we will inform you of any potentially conflicting marks (whether in the same or a related class of goods and/or services).  You then have the option of requesting additional enforcement actions.
