Our most popular trademark service, the Comprehensive Trademark Search and Application Package, is offered at $475 (excluding government filing fees). Our experienced trademark attorneys will guide your trademark application search from process from start to finish.

We begin with a comprehensive trademark search to ensure the name or design you are seeking to register is available and not already in use or registered by someone else. To eliminate obvious obstacles in the trademark process, we encourage you to use our free Knockout Search Tool before placing your order. You will receive your Comprehensive Trademark Search Report and Attorney Opinion Letter explaining the search results via email within 4-5 business days after placing your order.

Following the search, a trademark attorney will prepare your electronic trademark application. We will include the appropriate classes based on your specified goods and/or services, and attach proper specimens if your mark is currently in use. We then submit the application to you for review and signature. This will be your opportunity to approve all of the information contained in the application before it is submitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

The government filing fees are due and payable when we file your trademark application with the USPTO. Flat Fee Trademark will continue to serve as your Attorney of Record once the application is filed.  Our attorneys will respond to any non-substantive requests from the USPTO on your behalf. This includes responses to requests for disclaimers, clarifications on meaning or translations, ownership information and/or questions concerning colors or elements of the applied-for mark.
